A new WebSearch gramplet is ready

Hello everyone! I have just finished working on a new Gramplet called WebSearch. For now, it is available only on GitHub: In the file gpr.py, the version is indicated as 5.2: gramps_target_version="5.2", but if needed, you can set a different version.
