Assuming you installed the All-In-One software installer bundle for Windows?
If so you can create a new shortcut for English-USA using the language code en_US.UTF-8
Perhaps you could give (or link to) a step-by-step to setting up a Shortcut?
Gioto created shortcuts for a variety of languages 0013204: [MS-Window] Gramps AIO64 5.2 Language icons Shortcuts Pack and updated the wiki
There was a lot of confusing discussion about 2-letter language codes versus other styles related to what the spellcheckers expect. What is the criteria for the right form of language code for the Gramps GUI and where do you find those codes? Then where do you specifying the override language in that shortcut?
Does this also set the Dictionary to the language too?
Patrick just asked how to do that in another thread. He says can be changed in the GUI but keeps reverting to English.
