"Free" download of Gramps

I just stumbled over a web site advertising free download of Gramps

However it is not really free, because you can only download Gramps, if you sign up for a subscription.
The web site named “Komputer for alle” is a both online and printed magazine owned by Bonnier Publications International.
They don’t write anything about who’s developing Gramps, that it is open source etc.
On the other hand they have taken the time to describe how to get started with lot of screen dumps.

Yes, “Komputer for Alle” has been doing this for many years, ever since they included CD/DVD extras with their printed magazines back in the 2000s.

I’ve seen this multiple times here in Norway as well, not only in Denmark.

There are several others doing the same thing. Some even charge 59 kroner for software that is open source and originally free to download and use without any limitations.

I’ve even seen this done with the free version of Legacy Family Tree, both before and after it became completely free.
