I can’t tell you what plugin to use or not to use, because it depends on your workflow and what suites you best…

What I can do is to recommend to read the Obsidian forum, search for Zotero and you will find a lot of information about each working plugin.

It is also smart to use the plugins that have active development, you can see that by look at the “last updated” note in both in the plugin area in the software, but also here:
