Addon Manager - Filter defaults

The default setting of the last filter is not intuitive.
All other filters DON’T filter, only the last one does. The first time I installed a not stable addon I thought the installation failed.

My proposals to improve the usability.

1. Change the default of the last filter to “All statuses”.
2. Always include installed add-ons, at least if the first filter is set to “All addons”
3. Somehow highlight active filters. See example of LibreOffice Calc in the attached image. Filter of column C is not set to “All”. The color of that filter button differs from the rest.

PR#2211 was submitted to approach this differently.

It changes the lozenges to another color when the filter may restrict matches.

Clicking an orange lozenge will clear it. Clicking a blue lozenge filters to the level currently displayed in that lozenge label.
