What patches are 'vital' to your use of Gramps 5.1.x and 5.2.x?

Do you consider “General”, “Library”, and “Settings” type addons to be patches? I am beginning to lean in that direction.

There are a few that I cannot do without. Topping that list are:

• Plugin Manager Enhanced
• Recent Items
• Themes
