Some interesting items about [Betty](https://github.com/bartfeenstra/betty#contributions) - (Betty is a static site generator for Gramps and GEDCOM family trees)

- Betty is oriented towards building touch-friendly websites for browsing with mobile tech
- The generated website structures are designed for responsiveness
- the importer/reader recognizes both the compressed & uncompressed versions of the .gramps XML file format. So you don’t need to do a separate export. It will read your automatic backup files.
- It lets you set a custom attribute to persistently mark objects that will not be written to the generated website.
- Outputs Dockerfile for webhosting solutions like [NGINX](https://www.nginx.com/resources/wiki/) and Docker
