Hi
I am using gramps for several years now.
Some time ago I started using attributes more frequently. So the question arose how to search for persons who share a certain attribute. I supposed there was a Filter doing so, but it seems not, except using isotammi.
as I use attributes for recording confession or cause of death etc. it would be nice if there was a Filter or core functionality to do that job.
Am I missing anything?
cheers
Uli

Each of the major category of object, People, Family, Events, etc that uses Attributes already has in their general filter rules a search for attributes.

If you want the People that have a Cause of Death attribute on an event, you create filter in events filtering for the attribute, then create a filter to use on People that searches for people matching the event filter.

Thank you, Dave.
I must have been blind not to find the rule…
