# How do I request an update to the Master addons-source?

The `make.py` file ( for building addons downloads ) in the GitHub **`master`** branch is 4 years behind the one in the `maintenance/gramps52` branch.

How do I request the master version be refreshed?

I don’t think that the _master_ branch in the _addons-source_ repository is used. Perhaps we should just remove it?
