I was under the impression that BSDDB had to be moved to be an addon since it was no longer included in the MSYS2 distributions as discussed in another thread. However BSDDB isn’t listed in the Addon Manager or Plugin Manager Enhanced on my 5.2.1 installation.
There was a discussion of proposing inclusion of the Berkeley Database in the MSYS2 forums. (And from this search, perhaps that happened?)
And there is a 5.2.2 manual installation procedure on the wiki.
