I work with the app very intensively. So, I have several moments, where the app is very inconvenient for me. I’ve listed them below as questions - hope it is possible to fix some of them. 1. I have to add hundreds of godfathers/godmothers/god sons/god daughters/witnesses. Each time I have type the same phrases when add new associations. Is it possible make here dropdown with some default/custom list (like in attributes)? 2. Is it possible add here hotkeys? It is very often in use. 3. I have a big list with tags. And here I have a problem when try to scroll down the huge list - it is scrolled so slowly by mouse, and there is missing vertical scrollbar. Is it possible to make scrolling faster or at least to add vertical scroll? 4. When I add new events I always add person full name in description. I think not only me do it :). So, must type full name manually, I can not copy/paste it. Is it possible to make one of: a) autocomplete it with fullname (including all person names); b) autocomplete it with fullname which is configured with the same Setting as fullname for reports; c) add any button to copy fullname to the clipboard ---

First, these forums become hard to follow very quickly if there are too many separate ideas in a single Thread. (And later, you cannot find information in Search summaries either. So a fine-grained title is very helpful.) ---

Hacking to make a different default than “Godfather” would be easier (but not very useful) than adding a Custom Type selector. But a dropdown WOULD be nice. Associations use the Person Reference Editor. And it is pretty basic. Nick recently committed an improvement to the 5.2 master that will at least enable drag’n’drop for selecting the target person. But there is so much more that could be done with this alternative form of relationship. I also find not being able to clipboard a fully formatted Name or Place to be _inconvenient_. As a workaround, add the [“Quick View” gramplet](https://gramps-project.org/wiki/index.php?title=Gramps_5.1_Wiki_Manual_-_Gramplets#Quick_View) to the bottombar of the View and set it to the “[add-on “Biography”](https://gramps-project.org/wiki/index.php/Addon:Biography_Quickview)” quickview in the **Person** category. You CAN copy to the OS Clipboard from that area. (Albeit with the context pop-up menu “Copy” command instead of the highjacked Ctrl-C.) ---
