# Email address confirmation not arriving

Hi All,  
I just signed up but the email address confirmation for [Gramps Web](https://demo.grampsweb.org/login) never arrived, I did test it via reset password but still no password reset being set either..

Hi,

Sorry but that is just a demonstration website and I’ll note that on that website it shows a link for “Get Help” that goes to [https://www.grampsweb.org/help/help/](https://www.grampsweb.org/help/help/) . Also looking at the demo website I see that the only valid account being (owner / owner) and to use it correctly you need to follow the instructions to install Gramps Web on your own private webserver. Indeed. If you do not want to self-host, you can try [Grampshub](https://www.grampshub.com) (disclosure: I am running that service).
